At ROC Boots Australia, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all items are returned in their original branded shoebox and outer packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original ROC shoebox and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
